Wilhelmina Salmi

Wilhelmina Salmi (b. 1978) is a writer and performance artist living and working in Vancouver BC Canada. She/They have performed at Verses Festival of Words, Mashed Poetics, Pandora’s Collective Jewish Community Centre: Poetic Pairings and Poetry in the Gallery, and Summer Dreams Literary Festival. She was the co-editor/co-creator of Post Feminist Post (2016-2019) which featured essays and critical writing. Her poetry has appeared in Quills Magazine. She has appeared on World Poetry Café and Waxed Poetics on Coop Radio. She has featured and performed internationally in Spain, Switzerland and France. Her new book The Apologetic Pussy was published in France by Placenta Sous L’Manteau in 2025.
