Vancouver Poetry House has recently announced two new hires for the positions of Artistic Director and Arts Administrator. The hiring process was done in conjunction with drafting policy.

We want the people who volunteer with, work with, and participate in the programs to have an idea of what the hiring process looks like. We are open to suggestions in terms of what could be made better and would appreciate your input.
