Hey folx, this is the place where we keep track of how the poets are doing in our slam competition! Each slam poet in the top 4 places will be awarded points as follows: 1st place earns 16 points, 2nd place earns 9 points, 3rd place earns 4 points, & 4th place earns 1 point. (the point values may seem random but were painstakingly thought out many years back by the rules committee (yes there was one at one point, I was on it!) to balance the inherent value of finishing in each place and to also create fewer ties.

This page will be updated after each slam event to show the most current standings.

The 10 poets who have accumulated the most points during the seasons slam nights will be offered a spot in the Grand Slam season finals early in 2023! On this night we will award the championship slam wrestling style belt and your name could be engraved on that! (Yes it is a big leather and metal belt that looks like a wrestling belt!!)
