The Goodgetters is a start up non-profit collective of like minded artists, musicians, writers, and everything else. They do good through entertaining, education, and inspiration by way of performance, events, and workshops. The top 16 poets of the Winter Season will compete to be in the Van Slam Finals. This is the 1st of 2 semi-finals. The performing poets will be announced on this page, as soon as we know who is competing in which final.

Hullabaloo Team Bouts: Day One

Vancouver Public Library Central Branch 350 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC

Every team in Hullabaloo will perform in one bout this night, either the first or second slate of prelims. The bout draw, determining the time for each school’s bout, will be conducted before the tournament begins. All teams are encouraged to attend the entire evening.

By the second day of prelims, the tournament will be in full swing. Some teams will be flying high, others will be working hard to improve their ranking.
