Who is the Vancouver Poetry Slam Family? If you’re reading this, then it probably includes YOU! Maybe you enjoy hearing poetry, or reading it, or hosting, or volunteering, or just knowing that there are people doing such things in a place where you are always welcome. And just like any family, our Van Slam family needs to convene from time to time to make sure that voices are heard, great ideas are drummed up, and that this community has all of the fuel that it needs to keep moving forward into poetry glory. There will also be snacks.

Come on out this wednesday and make your voice heard, your support felt and maybe even make a new friend.

The agenda is still in the works and will be posted within the days before the meeting. If you have a pressing issue that you’d like added to the agenda feel free to send a message to Jillian Christmas, or Duncan Shields and they will add it to the agenda. There will also be some time given for new items at the meeting.
