Fernando Raguero has been on four Vancouver Poetry Slam teams. He is the 2009 Haiku Deathmatch champion and the 2011 Erotica Slam champion. He has published six chapbooks.

Fernando spares no expense in his being direct with his poetry’s audience. He can amuse while offending, educate while mocking, and move you while making you gasp. He connects with all people on one level or another, no matter how offended they may feign being. Raguero has graced stages across North America, sold thousands of his chapbooks to eager poetry lovers, and ventured out onto stand-up comedy stages.

Fernando is a local and national favorite. He is especially loved by SUV drivers, muffin farters, wisecrackers, merrymakers and socks.
