Accessibility Info (provided by The Coop residents, not an accessibility expert):
The Coop is an old house with no accessibility modifications. There is a dirt driveway up to a large wide gate. The backyard is mostly grass with some gravel on path. If there has been little rain to make the ground soft, this is navigable by wheelchair and scooter. There is one small drop down from the side yard to the back. A makeshift ramp is provided.
The yard can also be entered from the paved back alley through a gate with no steps but a slight incline.
There is a bathroom on the ground floor level through two regular size doors with a one step drop down into the unit. If it rains, we will be on the main floor which is up a dozen stairs at front of the house or from backyard. Inside, everything is on the same level. The bathroom on that floor may be big enough to be accessible for a small wheelchair.
