CIPS 2018 VENUE REGISTRATION IS OFFICIALLY OPEN!!
If you are the director of a SpoCan-registered poetry slam in Canada, you can guarantee your series rep their spot in the 8th Canadian Individual Poetry Slam if you register your venue before March 5th. EXTENDED to TUESDAY, MARCH 6th at 9 pm PST!!

*Registration for Storm Poets opens on March 7th at 12:00 PM PST.
You may register a venue rep after March 7th, but all remaining open spots will be available on a first come, first served basis.
*Brown Paper Tickets is credit card only. If you do NOT have a credit card, we can accept payment by e-transfer or cheque.
a) E-transfer: If you wish to pay by e-transfer, please send an e-transfer for the registration amount ($35) to Verses Managing Director, Pamela Bentley, at
pamelajoanbentley@gmail.com. Please ensure that you include your venue’s name in the notes so that we can confirm you have paid.
b) Cheque: We will accept payment by cheque, mailed to the Vancouver Poetry House office. Cheques MUST be made out to “Vancouver Poetry House” and mailed to
Vancouver Poetry House

**If you are a venue outside of BC, your rep will receive a small subsidy to help offset the cost of travel, which will be paid to the poet. In these instances, we ask for a name in which we can pay the poet, if different from their chosen (or stage) name. This name will only be disclosed to CIPS Tournament Director Johnny MacRae and Verses Managing Director Pam Bentley for the purposes of generating payment for subsidies.
