Annual General Meeting
The Vancouver Poetry House Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2pm, using BlueJeans
Please register to attend the meeting using eventbrite.
Everyone is welcome to the AGM but only members will be able to vote.
Please consider renewing or becoming a member of the society before the meeting. It’s free. New members must wait for 30 days before they can vote so you must become a member on or before July 8th. Renewing members can vote right away. If a member allows their membership to lapse for more than 30 days then they need to wait for 30 days before they can vote.
The AGM may be recorded (in video and audio) solely to create accurate minutes. We will destroy the recording when the minutes are complete.
