2015 CanLip Finalists Announced
The first phase of CanLip: The Great Canadian YouTube Poetry Contest has wrapped up. Over 3300 votes were cast for 38 different poetry videos. Here (in no particular order) are the five videos with the most votes that will advance to CanLip Finals:
In CanLip Finals, these five poetry videos will receive scores from our five judges. Just as with the poetry slam, the highest and lowest scores will be dropped. The video with the highest total score will become the first-ever CanLip winner and that poet will be flown to Vancouver for the Verses Festival of Words.
A huge thanks to all the poets who entered the contest and all the poetry fans who watched and supported their work!
The results of CanLip Finals will be announced on February 23rd.
