Accommodations:
As I mentioned in an earlier e-mail we have stricken a deal with the Best Western - Carlton Plaza. Fortunately the hotel is literally attached to the building which houses the main venue for the festival.

All room bookings must go through our accommodations coordinator Sasha. I have asked all of the teams for one contact person to liaison with Sasha regarding bookings. She will be in touch with said contacts shortly.
Any board members who are not on a team but who plan on attending the festival are encouraged to book rooms through their respective team liaison to minimize inundating Sasha with requests.

Most of you have now seen the site and we will be updating it with more info as it comes. It is essentially a blog so you can subscribe for updates if you wish. A first draft of the schedule will be up shortly and at this point everything is subject to change.
