Howdy folks.
ms spelt here.I'll be featuring at Thunderin' Word on Sunday July 20th at cafe Montmarte.(main & 28th)
there will be the usual open mic mix of words and music-with sign up at 8:30pm
and I'll be kickin a feature set. I've spent a good portion of the last ten years dividing my time between being an organizer and being a poet culminating in being the director of The Individual World Poetry Slam last year and now with a couple of new slam masters at the reins and IWPS a glorious memory i'm focusing even more of my attentions to being a poet again.-not that i've been horribly slack over the past decade-i've been one of the top ten slammmers in the city for the last ten years.and have recently compiled a manuscript of 30 top poems from my career,that is being championed to publishers by none other than slam champion Shane Koyczan.
It's gonna be great fun to do and i'm confident that it'll be great fun to attend.
