That's the name of Fernando Raguero's new chapbook. Fernando also goes by the stage names of Vitamin F and F Spot.
He is quite often the surly looking Filipino weight lifter lurking in the corners of local poetry readings.
Regardless I just wanted to stop by and say, BUY HIS NEW CHAPBOOK. In my opinion it is easily the best he's put out so far. It's a mix of poems that he has read at the slam over the years and some never before seen gems including, "Pigtails." He also has a fun poem about getting Leonard Cohen drunk at the Brickhouse after beating Mr. Cohen in a slam. I think the chapbook also includes "My Landlord's Penis."
It really is an excellent collection and at only $5 a pop it's a real steal. I keep telling him to sell it for more but he won't budge. Basically each copy purchased helps Fernando have enough cash to get into the next poetry event.
